How we keep things up

• Everything runs on Cloudflare's network, with no single server to fall over.
• A separate watcher checks this page every hour and emails Ben and Flick the moment anything fails, even if the main site is down.
• Every night the whole database is backed up, encrypted with our own key, into separate storage, and kept for 35 days. Your uploaded files are stored separately and encrypted too.
• Big uploads go up in small pieces. If your connection drops, nothing's lost: pick the same file and it carries on.
